OurChildSpace is a private family platform that allows users to create secure Childspaces and share memories in a safe environment. By using the service, users accept these Terms of Use.
To register, users must meet the minimum age required by the laws of their country for digital services. Registration implies acceptance of these Terms.
The creator of a Childspace is responsible for the initial configuration, member selection and assignment of administrative privileges to participants directly invited by them.
Each administrator is responsible for their actions, including uploading content, managing members and configuring permissions. Administrators must use their privileges appropriately and in accordance with these Terms.
Users retain ownership of the content they upload. By uploading content, users grant OurChildSpace a limited, revocable license solely to operate the service.
Uploading illegal content or content harmful to minors is prohibited. For a full description of allowed and prohibited behavior, see theRules page (rules.php).
OurChildSpace may remove content that violates the Terms, the Rules or that is inappropriate, unsafe or unlawful.
OurChildSpace may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate accounts in case of violations, unsafe behavior or abusive activity. Users will be notified of any suspension or termination.
Users may delete their account at any time. Deletion results in the immediate and permanent removal of all associated data and content.
The service is provided free of charge. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues. Regular backups are performed but absolute protection against data loss cannot be guaranteed.
OurChildSpace is not liable for service interruptions, data loss not caused by the operator, misuse by users or actions of administrators or invited members. The service is provided “as is”.
These Terms may be updated for technical or legal reasons. Users will be informed of significant changes. These Terms are governed by Italian law. The competent court is Rome.
